Most efficient banking

I have had numerous bank accounts with different companies and I must say that Barclays is my number one. The Barclays app has everything you’ll need and has always solved any problems I may have had. Reviewed on: 11th April 2023

App is getting better but miles behind the fintech banks

Very helpful advice after alert

Sadly i have been targeted by scammers via phone telling me my account is hacked etc. I put the phone down and went straight to my local Barclays branch where a helpful worker went through all the possible solutions to avoid these scams and the steps i needed to do. Very pleased in general with the customer service on this occasion. I was assured that my bank account was safe and secure. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

Will always be a barclays customer!!!

I've been with barlcays for many many years, as have quite literally every single member of my family. whether i'm using the app or im at the barclays office and talking to staff, i am 100% certain my needs will be met every single time without fail. the barclays app is amazing, the staff are amazing, on the phone and in person and barclays have been and continue to do amazing things. one of the most trustworthy banks out there!! Dereliction of consumer duty

After transferring savings from my Barclays account to their Rainy Day Saver account, Barclays blocked access to and then closed my account. As well as refusing to return my funds to me, Barclays have been uncooperative, dismissive and negligent in their communication with me. The matter remains unresolved after several months. There is a complete lack of care for the customer; they have made me feel like a criminal. Reviewed on: 7th April 2023
