Best high street banking app

The barclays app is the most user friendly out there and the features available are those which cannot be matched at the moment. Further their savings rates remain competitive Reviewed on: 4th June 2024

Terrible customer service, outdated

Really outdated services, requiring me and/or my partner to attend the actual branch frequently resolve issues that have happened due to a fault on their end. Their app is not user friendly and had issues frequently. They constantly keep locking me out of my account due to 'possible fraudulent activity on relatively minor transactions. Their premier account has near to no benefits and I will be closing my account with them soon for this reason. Reviewed on: 10th March 2023
