The bank looks nice - shame about their approach to people

Every time we go into Barclays all they seem to do is push you to go on line. Sometime they seem overwhelmed with people not knowing what to do or where to go. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023

Over 10 years with Barclays!

poor and getting worse

Been with Barclays for 40 years but finally had enough of poor service, poor rates and poor customer support. Branches have shut, savings rates dire and overall for a bank raking in billions it needs to up its game. I finally gave up for one of the very many better banks out there now.
