Sensible with my money

Holding one of the bottom line products , I have found my account to be treated with fairness . No overdraft facility means I stay e we iron budget . This is automatically reviews as my financial situation improves . One the negative side I find , on the sop, it is pushing products that are irrelevant to me . I would appreciate a more bespoke approach to my offers. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Excellent bank

I have been with Barclays for 11 years and not had one single problem with them and with the new addition of video banking makes it easier to talk to them and they are quite happy to help you with whatever your problem may be great customer service Reviewed on: 4th April 2023

The bank looks nice - shame about their approach to people

Over 10 years with Barclays!

I have been with Barclays since I was 15 years of age and they have always been helpful dealing with lost cards, fraud and extra information about my accounts. Even when I’m in urgent need of a bank card it’s easily accessible providing I can get to branch. Reviewed on: 3rd April 2023
