Very helpful staff

needed help increasing my student overdraft and dawn white i spoke to in leeds branch was so wonderful, she did everything she could to help and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable, she gave me her business card and said to contact whenever i needed anything, really pleased with the service i got. The app lets me handle everything in one such as my direct debits, standing orders & payees. It saves me from phoning up or going in to a bank. Also with updates its pretty useful, Barclays inform us in advance of any changes. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018

Barclays is a great bank to have accounts. More flexible options and amazing app. Different set of products and reward based accounts Easy communication facility and proper response from customer care Bank switching from other bank is flawless and eases customer job.
