Easy banking no hassle

Moved after fraud dispute

I was the victim of fraud. They told me they couldn’t find any evidence it wasn’t me who spent the money. Out of character spending and products being bought and their efforts to investigate were poor Reviewed on: 17th February 2023

Rude and unprofessional

This bank was the only bank in the village. Whenever I needed to access or deposit money in branch the customer service team were very rude and condescending. Now they no longer have a branch open in walking distance. Reviewed on: 16th February 2023

Good bank and no fuss

I think Barclays is the best bank, way better than most other banks including digital. They send replacement card free of charge and don't take unnecessary payments of fees. Reviewed on: 16th February 2023

Barclays on closing your account
