Very easy to navigate mobile banking and easy to transfer money

Current account with my local bank

I have had some accounts with Barclays for many years and I do appreciate my local branch ( Muswell hill) service where the staff is helpful and reliable. In the meantime , the big cheese have decided to put more machines fir people to do their daily chores ( paying in money, paying bills..) but no one queues for those machines that are inconvenient and so unpersonnal. So there is a massive line for the only two poxy desks left at the counter where we can actually deal with humans.... it is an aberration and clearly not what the customers want. I hope they will revert to a better quality customer service with someone behind the counter that greets you and helps you. Reviewed on: 10th January 2018

Good for online banking

I find the Barclays app easy to use. It's frequently updated, showing pending payments etc so I always get an up to date balance. It's also easy to set up/move money between accounts. Reviewed on: 9th January 2018

No help only charges n fees

Current account fee not fair

Fed up with paying for my account. The benefits keep changing and the fees get added on and then taken away... why bother? I thought my mobile phone was covered but when it was stolen, the insurers wormed their way out of it. Reviewed on: 8th January 2018

fairly satisfied

i would say im 80% satisfied with my account and dealings with them . their customer advice people could be more helpful and informed. like all companies they are not upfront when a mistake has been made but on the whole the usual account dealings have been ok Reviewed on: 7th January 2018
