Always reliable

In over thirty yearts of banking I have never had a problem Reviewed on: 1st January 2018

Efficient service

I have had my account since 1973 and the Company has had a very consistent record of good service. I have never noticed any error over many years. Reviewed on: 1st January 2018

poor service

Whats the point of having an account if they have closed most banks in Norfolk and even one in Norwich? In the real world, people still need cheques to pay tradespeople who do not accept any cards, to pay at bars who do not accept cards, and with many village post offices closing too it is hard to find anywhere to pay in cheques - and most branches only have junior staff who are unable to deal with any problem or make their own deciiions. Excellent Mobile Banking App

The best banking app by a country mile. Can pay in cheques unto £500 by taking a picture and set up regular payments. Very clean and functional app. Reviewed on: 31st December 2017
