Wasted time with very little apology

Having moved Home recently, I made an appt to change all my details in the branch. On arrival I made my way to the waiting area and sat patiently as many a staff member walked by. Now 10 min past my interview time I approached the cashier desk to ask why I was still waiting. He asked I take a seat and a colleague would be with me asap. 10 more minutes passed and finally the store Manager approached. NO APOLOGY FOR BEING KEPT WAITING. I was taken into a room and she made a note of my new address on a sheet of paper and stated it would be processed later... One of my cards had expired so she agreed a nrw card would also be issued. 2 months later NO card so AGAIN I returned to the branch to the cashier desk, who apologised as NO card had been requested. Such poor service and so poor I am in the process of closing my accounts Reviewed on: 7th November 2017

I have a Current account with Barclays and am pleased with the service. Whenever I visit the branch (Haverfordwest) I am dealt with efficiently. I recently had to make some changes to my account due to a relationship breakdown and they sorted it all out very quickly. I use their mobile banking app and, despite being a sceptic, find it to be invaluable. A great all-round service. Reviewed on: 7th November 2017

Online and Mobile Banking

Barclays online banking is very easy to use. I've recently started mobile banking with Barclays and find that excellent. I like being able to keep an eye on my bank accounts and transfer monies from one account to the other hassle free. Security is important, and I enjoy taking advantage of free Kaspersky security from Barclays. Reviewed on: 6th November 2017

Helpful Bank

Barclays have helped me on numerous occasions. Once when I needed a loan quickly, Barclays arranged it the same day. Also when I lost my bank cards they dealt with it immediately. Staff always helpful. Reviewed on: 6th November 2017
