Years of service 6. Problems none.

I cannot find the smallest fault with my bank.Their competent staff are always on hand to assist at my local branch and on the few occasions I have required assistance it has been provided promptly and expertly. Hats off ! Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

like a normal bank, nothing special. No rewards.

I have been with Barclays for 15 years, never had a reward and never had any special treatment. Contacting the call centre is a nightmare as they are not easy to understand and you get passed back and forth, I try and avoid it. Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

Most friendly people.

All the staff in my local Barclays branch are so friendly and helpful. They're always nice to the large amount of elderly in the community and the children, including my own. great service, never had any issues always helpful

Each time i have had a query in bnranch the staff have always been helpful, there is always someone ready to great the customer, any issues have always been dealt with efficiently. The online app is easy to use also. Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

Reliable and grown with me

I've had a bank account with Barclays since I was a teenager, they adapted the account when I went to university and now I'm working , it comes with great perks such as travel insurance and car breakdown cover which I always use!
