safe from scams

My best friend and colleague advised me to switch from lloyds to Barclays after seeing how desperate I was about my bank account being hacked every now and again. I'm very glad for the change as Barclays is indeed safe I don't need to check my online banking everyday worrying my money has vanished, I am pleased with their PINsentry device which keeps my account safe and this is the most important thing about having a bank at your service. customer focused

I like the fact that when you go in the staff are welcoming and friendly.It is now a self service branch,and sometimes I have forgotten how to do something so I ask a staff member a question,that I'm sure they have been asked a million times and they are smiling and happy to help.Great branch and great staff. simple, easy, banking!

i really wouldn't change a thing with how ive been treated with barclays. the customer service is excellent and they get straight to it and do everything they can to answer/solve your query as soon as possible. the staff in my local barclays are helpful and friendly. the account itself is easily managed and offers rewards to customers as a bonus. i also love the fact that you can get a personalised debit card. makes the whole bank look more people friendly Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

Easy to access, friendly staff and simple solutions

They are always there to listen and to help if you need advice or something has gone wrong. Both myself and my son had fraud happen on our accounts and they sorted it within days. Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

The best bank for me

Years of service 6. Problems none.

I cannot find the smallest fault with my bank.Their competent staff are always on hand to assist at my local branch and on the few occasions I have required assistance it has been provided promptly and expertly. Hats off ! Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

like a normal bank, nothing special. No rewards.

I have been with Barclays for 15 years, never had a reward and never had any special treatment. Contacting the call centre is a nightmare as they are not easy to understand and you get passed back and forth, I try and avoid it. Reviewed on: 12th February 2016

Most friendly people.

All the staff in my local Barclays branch are so friendly and helpful. They're always nice to the large amount of elderly in the community and the children, including my own.
