Easy and friendly to open and manage.

It's a really good bank, I have had my bank account since July, and they've been really good, they've blocked my debit card when i was using it too much, which is a good feature but if you are always needing to buy something off the internet you may hav some trouble, hence the 3 stars rather than 5. Right from the get go, I received great service from a customer service representative.

I was searching for some information on their company in order for me to make my decision on whether or not switch to them. I was contacted by a customer service representative and they helped me with all of the questions I had about their company. Its very rare that you find a CSR that is actually in a good mood who understands the customers needs. They guided me through the process of starting the application and what forms I would need in order to complete it as quick as possible in a time efficient manner. The only disadvantage that I didnt really approve of was the wait time. The wait time was ridiculous! Worst than ATT and TIME WARNER wait times. A whopping 45 minutes just to talk to a rep. Thats too much time used up when it could have been used up on something else. I really really really value my time. Reviewed on: 17th April 2015

just think barclays does great things. Because they are very helpful and infromative. They make it very easy to communicate and with transactions. I can truly say I am very happy with barclays. I think barclays does great things. Because they are very helpful and infromative. They make it very easy to communicate and with transactions. I can truly say I am very happy with barclays. I was not quite sure what to expect from Barclays, but as soon as I walked into the bank, I knew I had made the right choice. Everyone is so friendly there! I have received great customer service, and every problem that I've had has been promptly and thoroughly addressed. Of course, some tellers are more friendly than others, but my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. Most of the time, I get the idea that tellers truly care about my experiences at Barclays. That is really quite rare in a bank. It feels so good to know that I am in good hands at this bank, and I made the right decision when I chose them. My online banking experience has not been perfect, there are some flaws in the system - but that is outweighed by the superior customer service I have received here. Reliable, friendly, easy to use

Barclays have been my main bank for a while now, and I've never had any problem that they couldn't resolve. Whenever I've called their customer services team for anything at all, I've been served quickly and efficiently and I've never had to fear my account was not secure. All their apps and methods of reaching and using your account are also really good and never caused me any trouble. Overall, would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 9th April 2015

I have been with barclays for over 7 years now and I must say they are one of the best banks I have ever used!

I would like to congratulate barclays for there constant development of new and fresh ideas when it comes to modern day banking, I am a daily user of there mobile banking app and also pingit the way the two apps work together is seamless it makes banking quick and easy. I also have an everyday saver account which I transfer money to on a regular basis using mobile banking and once again this is another seamless process. Recently I have seen a tv advert for a new way of paying in checks using your phone to scan them I can't wait to try this new app because if the other app are anything to go by this will be another brilliant app from barclays. As for general banking barclays are second to none! I have never had any issue's with going overdrawn as they send me a text to let me know if I do not have enough in my account to cover bills etc. Whenever I have had to speak to barclays for whatever reason they have always been more than helpful this goes for in my local branch or over the phone. Cash machine stole my money but Barclays came to the rescue!

After a cash machine had rejected my transaction and gave me my card back, I assumed it was just an error and simply went to another machine. It wasn't until later that week whilst checking my balance using the online banking app (which is also very handy!) that I noticed I had still been charged for the transaction but did not receive any cash! In panic I rang Barclays (this was at 23:30) and explained my situation. The process was quick and easy, and the money was back in my account within 24 hours! Fantastic service from Barclays!
