Customer Friendly Service

Great bank to do business with, branch staff always friendly and helpful and the banking app is reliably good and simple to use. Reviewed on: 14th January 2022

Decent bank

Feel very safe with Barclays

Barclays have a great communication in regards to picking up suspicious activity. Most of the times it is myself and I authorise the activity but once they picked up fraudulent activity that was blocked successfully and a new card was in the post the next day. Reviewed on: 12th January 2022

Opened back in 1978

I joined Barclays as Staff when I was 16. This account has carried me through life and I will be 60 this year, It has consistently provided my needs throughout. Clear and Concise forward thinking and thoroughly modern and cutting edge. Reviewed on: 6th January 2022

Family Friendly Banking

Both my children and I bank with Barclays, and have done for years. They have always be supportive, helpful and offer fun extras that many banks don't! Reviewed on: 5th January 2022

The worst bank ever

I wish there was zero stars as this all I would give Barclays. I have had a range of experiences setting up direct debits standing orders paying cheques in via post office and paying off my mortgage.
