Easy to open an account

I was a UK resident but not citizen recently arrived in the UK. I went to several banks to open an account but found them uninterested and unhelpful, except Barclays. Several years later I am still with them. Reviewed on: 15th February 2016

Love this mobile app, helps me manage my money

Love the new features Barclays has added on to help me be in control, I can switch off and freeze my cards. And also the new calendar view shows me all my money moving out each month. I cannot love without this app! Reviewed on: 4th February 2019

customer first

I have lost so much, through contacts and money trying to use Barclays to pay over the internet,. Every time I made a purchase over £500 I have contact Barclays and informed them, and have been reassured that all was OK. Only for my card to blocked losing products and services, getting the card cancelled. while a replacement was not dispatched until l contacted the bank. I no longer use Barclays for Business.
