good savings

As I am in my 80s, I avoid on-line financial transactions, so since covid I have kept on top of my Bath B S savings by post, telephone, or e-mail, as I rarely come into Bath nowadays. I have managed to do this without too much difficulty. Reviewed on: 13th September 2024

No paperwork received

Opened up a LISA 3 months ago and still haven’t been sent the paperwork with the details that give me access to the money, even after phoning to get them to send them a second letter. Currently can’t access the account. Reviewed on: 13th September 2024
