Unable to access savings account for 2 months

Since the Bath Online has been updated I have not been able to access my accounts. The girls on the phone have tried to be very helpful, but so far nothing has worked. Frankly whoever wrote the new site needs to try again. I’m trying to keep a track of my finances, but this is making it rather difficult. Reviewed on: 7th November 2023

It is important for me that I can transact directly with Bath Building Society as I am registered blind and can’t use apps and online facilities. The staff are always amazing at Wood Street and the accounts they offer meet my needs. It is lovely to be able to connect with real people who go out of their way to help me. There was a new teller in the wood street branch today. They were obviously being trained but a very experienced teller. I found the experience interring and was assured that by her training he would be excellent at their job. Reviewed on: 22nd September 2025

I really like being able to walk in and speak to someone in person when setting up a savings account. Really helpful and friendly staff. It would be helpful to have interest rates of fixed ISA pinned in the passbook. Reviewed on: 4th September 2025
