Great service, lovely staff and a trustworthy organisation

Lost their ethos

Reply from Bath Building Society Paul, thank you for your feedback. Just for clarity we have not closed any of our branches. We have no plans to close any branches and are committed to keeping our branches open. With relatively low usage of our Agencies, we did however make the difficult decision to end our Agency relationships last year reinvesting the monies that we were previously paying to our Agencies for the benefit of our members. This approach benefited all of our members and not just the small number using the Agencies. Should you wish to discuss this further then please feel free to contact me. Proper service support

As someone who works with innovative technology and specialises in designing services that work for everyone, I am surprised that Bath doesn't have a digitally enabled online presence, but also delighted that I for one have not missed it. Helpful, very responsive service, without any chatbots, irritating remote phone dialogue or the other pratfalls that have made some other providers' services horrible experiences over the years.
