Meh, good but not the best

App is fine, customer service are trying to help but not too informative like other banks Reviewed on: 24th March 2022

High Street Bank not keeping up with the times

Such a big bank, with such poor offering and cumbersome app, and their sustainability values and general ethics are far from good. I'm choosing to move my money away from them to challenger banks and building societies that do it much much better. Reviewed on: 20th March 2022

The most appallinge customers service ever

Want to hang on the phone for 45min? Then another 45 min when the line drops? Waiting for a call back that will never happen? Have your transfer blocked by a random check? Want to be told downright lies by an agent trying to block your transfer? Have the bank phone you up twice at 15 minute intervals to block your account? Be confronted by an offensive employee who refuses to accept your answer? If that's what you want, join HSBC. Reviewed on: 12th March 2022

Quick to help

Superb and quick response to fraudulent activity on my card. A simple phone call to cancel my card, send me a new card and returned the money I had lost. Reviewed on: 9th March 2022

no customer service

no customer service. £10,000 has disappeared so i would like to speak to someone. the live chat person doesn't know anything and can't see it - they told me to call - on hold for 20 minutes, spoke to someone who said they could see that it disappeared but i needed to speak to someone else, on hold for 80 minutes new person, new person then put me back to the begining....
