Helpful Customer Service

I couldn't make payments online and after I phoned up the customer service they had the problem fixed quickly and securely allowing me to make the payments I needed to make. Reviewed on: 26th August 2022

Poor set up experience

The switch over happened on agreed date but I didn’t receive either bank card or online log in meaning I was unable to access money and check direct debits for almost a week Reviewed on: 15th August 2022

Excellent customer service

The fraud team is very vigilant, alerting us to suspicious transactions promptly, and they have been extremely helpful in trying to resolve issues we’ve had with credit card fraud. Reviewed on: 14th August 2022
