Ok but could be better

No help for budgeting money

I feel HSBC a large global company, why they can’t invest in software which could assist customers with a visual chart what is spent on bills, shopping, clothing and going out so you limit spend and start saving to invest. Reviewed on: 3rd February 2020

Five star service

I opened a graduate bank account with HSBC and the experience has surpassed my expectations. I moved from another bank which I wasn't too happy with due to the quality of service I was receiving. Everything at HSBC was explained to me in a fantastic way which has helped me to effectively save and manage my money.
