Beneficial Banking

Being a building society it is run for the benefit of its members, the staff are always helpful. Recently they have started to give bonuses to their customers, which is very welcome. Reviewed on: 28th January 2026

Reliable, Friendly, and Easy to Use

I’ve had a really positive experience with my children's Nationwide current accounts. The app is clear and easy to use, everyday banking is straightforward, and customer service has always been helpful and friendly when we’ve needed support. Excellent Banking Service

Exceptional Bank and Customer Service with Real People

I have been a Nationwide Customer for over 20 years and cannot recommend them more! High interest rate accounts for saving, branches still open so you can still see a human being as well as the extra bonuses still paid out to customer! Reviewed on: 24th January 2026

I like that loyalty is rewarded

I like that loyalty is rewarded through one-of thank you payments for being a member. I'm glad they got rid of the card reader, as it was too much hassle to use when you wanted it needed to make a payment but didn't have the machine to hand. I would end up transferring to another bank account in my name to make payments, even to reputable businesses. Reviewed on: 24th January 2026
