The staff in my little local nationwide are very kind and you never feel pressured for anything. Also it’s always the same staff and they know me which makes it feel really safe and friendly. you can’t overspend because of the weight set up and every now and again you get a bonus amount of money put into your account which really helps. I choose to open my Nationwide acct. for their benefits

I choose to open my Nationwide account because is the mutual building society and that is a big difference. This mutual status means Nationwide does not distribute profits as dividends to external investors; instead, profits are reinvested into the business to offer better rates for members, with a portion donated to charity. Good service and a great App that works well

I use the APP mostly and it’s easy to see my account . I have visited the branch and found staff there polite and very helpful. It’s helpful to have a branch that you can go into and speak to people on a personal level. They are easy to deal with and don’t make you feel rushed. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026

Had this account years and will continue to do so. The costumer service is very good. I was in hospital once and was late with a payment . Nationwide cancelled the interest. I also like the fairer scheme and enjoy getting a bonus most years. Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
