Nationwide are absolutely brilliant!

Nationwide are absolutely brilliant. Its wonderful to actually go in to a branch and get help and advice face to face. The Ipswich branch are superb! They are always happy to help and give advice. I needed help in opening a a couple and the assistant was so lovely and patient with us as we are pensioners. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

Easily accessed online and in high street branches

The internet access is easy and the number of high street branches with helpful staff is highly valued. The Flexplus account has a fee but provides valuable competitive travel insurance and no charge for exchange when drawing currency abroad. The small payment to members in the last 2 years was also appreciated. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026
