Friendly, in-person service and online great too

I have had an excellent experience with Nationwide. I love that they have branches on the high street and it is genuinely possible to go in and speak to someone. I do bank online, and that is great too, I find the phone app and website very easy to use and the card reader adds a good level of security. Still, especially when I am anxious about anything money-related, it is so good to be able to enter a branch and speak to someone. The staff are always helpful and have an amazing manner with customers, including senior citizens. Branches I’ve used have included Hove, Brighton (London Road), Guildford, Epsom, and Aberystwyth.
