One of the Best Current Accounts out There !

I've had my Santander 123 Account for several years now and enjoy the convenience and rewards it offers. As a Select Customer I have my own Relationship Manager at my local branch too, so I don't just feel like a number. I also log onto Online Banking every week to view my credit card spending and statements I particularly trust the 'secure messages' section in the 'Help and Contact Us' tab and when I go overseas I can let Santander know I will be spending abroad so I feel safe and the bank will know where me and my card is ! Good current account

Cashback for paying bills - Yes Please!

I have just switched from Barclays to Santander 123 account, where I now not only get 1.5% on my savings in the current account BUT also get cashback on any bills that I pay. It was SO easy to set up and Santander did all the transfer of standing orders/direct debits for me. Now I can look forward to receiving interest on both my savings and payments with full flexibility and accessibility of my account. In my opinion this has to be the best account to have - I fully recommend everyone opening a 123 account today Reviewed on: 12th February 2017

Great customer service but lacking in problem solving

Customer service is great in the branches and on the phone. However if there are any problems on your account the staff on the phone can't seem to tell you why. The common answer is that they don't know what is causing the problem they just know that their screen says no. Reviewed on: 12th February 2017

Excellent Bank

Not really had any problems with this bank. Good customer service, friendly and helpful. Brilliant student account with railcard and fee free overdraft. Online services are great, and so is the app. Only problem is when my card expired a couple of months ago they sent me one without contactless, which in itself is a bit annoying considering everyone uses contactless now, but even more so considering I specifically asked for a contactless card when I was setting up my account. This is one tiny mistake however, doesn't outweigh the otherwise brilliant service I've recieved. Reviewed on: 11th February 2017
