By Miles provide car insurance aimed at low mileage drivers.

By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

Such a better way of doing insurance. I dont drive far and it just makes sense to do it by miles & it works out to be a lot cheaper than the standard insurance companies. Because of an accident last year, I was expecting to pay much higher premiums. I then join MYMILES INSURER, I am a low mileage user, after eight months of driving, my monthly mileage/ cost is low.. iI am happy!!!!!! Reviewed on: 5th August 2021

Terrible communication

After a non fault accident having my car written off , 2&1/2 months later I’m having to email or call time after time to have my claim paid out so I can replace my car. Why has this been so complicated? I did everything to the book and your company has brought nothing but hassle for me and have communicated with me or settled my claim.
