By Miles charge a fixed cost that covers a car while it’s parked. The rest is based on the actual miles driven. Customers can either plug in the matchbox-sized Miles Tracker, or for newer cars, you can connect By Miles directly with your car’s mileometer.

This is the cheapest car insurance I’ve ever had. Because I don’t use my car as that much it’s perfect for me. And even when my battery died the customer service people where very understanding. I’d definitely recommend by miles and I hope to renew my policy. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

I have been a client of By Miles for 2 years and in all that time I have recieved great personal service from the very helpful staff who are meticulous in every detail when help is needed after an accident. I was made to feel comfortable about the situation by the By Miles operatives who are considerate, thoughtful and accommodating during their activity. Speedily carrying all details through to both parties, bringing the final result to an agreeable end. I cannot speak highly enough regarding By Miles Automobile Insurance - my honest opinon is that this company is the most trustworthy, reliable and ethical of Insurance companies of which far more folk should be aware.
