Great fair affordable insurance

I am amazed how good this insurance company is and the cover they provide. I am shocked nothing like it has been available before. I do not drive as much as I used to but still need a car for family. I get charged a monthly fee and then how for many miles I drive each month. What is fairer than that! Plus my renewal was even cheaper! Plus I have recommended to friends and family already. Also put a notice on my NHS staff group WhatsApp as me and person I recommend get free miles! Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Really good and easy service

It was really easy application process and the equient is easy to fit. I have noticed a dramatic reduction in mileage lately and this policy suited me well. The app is really easy to use and very informative, even helpful with the basic diagnostic tool if the car has any error codes. Reviewed on: 4th August 2021

Best insurance ever for people who hardly drive

Best car insurance out there!

When I found out By Miles on an advert, it did intrigued me to use their services. As it was different to other insurance providers and offer a fair price to cover my car insurance. Personally if I compare to other people I know, I use my vehicle less and I do believe I should pay less. Also, if I drive more then I should pay on what I've driven at the same rate of pay. By Miles shares my values and understand me where I come from. Some providers do not get what I want, but By Miles do. To set up with them was easy and efficiently done. They have an app which allows me to track how many miles I've covered and has useful features like where I parked my car last if I cannot remember where I parked it last time (love this feature!) and it diagnoses my vehicle if they are any internal issues that needs attention. The app has all my details like my insurance/contact details in case of an accident and insurance certificate for proof. One of the best apps out there. Their customer service are brilliant. The staff are kind and helpful. I remember I had a question about their service and the By Miles staff were easy to talk to and talked to me step by step on answering my question. Exceptional Value and Ease

By Miles has been an excellent all round experience, cost effective and easy to use. I've recommended them to my Dad and a friend, and am certain both would agree. I'm about to enter my second year of using By Miles and the premium has come down, plus the per mile rate remained static, both to my surprise. Exceptional value and ease.
