Banking Made Easy at Capital Credit Union

I’ve been a member of Capital Credit Union for several years now, and my experience has been consistently positive. From the start, I appreciated how friendly and helpful the staff were—whether I was opening an account, applying for a loan, or just asking questions. Their online banking system is user-friendly and makes managing my finances really convenient. I’ve also taken out an auto loan through them, and the process was smooth with competitive rates. What stands out most is how they treat me like a person, not just an account number. They really make an effort to support the local community, too, which I value. Overall, I trust Capital Credit Union and i have already recommended them to other friends and they have reliably joined the financial institution with a personal touch. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Always recommend

I have used CCU for many years now, as a monthly savings scheme and recently a loan for my car. I really like the salary deduction showing on my wage slip and always find them easy to contact and provide great help and support. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
