Fantastic and helpful

I was struggling last year as an unexpected bill arrised I didn't know what to do . I save through work with the credit union . I gave them a call and as greeted kindly I spoke about what was happening for me , they took me through a few options eventually they informed me that I was able to take a loan against my savings where I was paying it back and saving at the same time. it was a very low repay rate and it was amazing that capital credit union could help. It was great as I was actually paying plus saving it was brilliant I will be for ever thankful for that Thanks Reviewed on: 2nd July 2021

Easy to access, Easy to deal with.

I've got savings and a flexi loan with Capital. The interest rates are good on the loan, I can access everything online and I pay a set amount every week from my wages, so don't really notice I am saving and paying the loan. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2021

Always ready to help

I have been with the credit union for ten years and have practically renovated my house and garden from top to bottom and every loan I had I managed to pay every loan early could not have done this without them, also staff are fantastic, and can honestly say that I would never go to a mainstream bank, thanks Reviewed on: 2nd July 2021

I've been with capital credit union since its birth, I've always had excellent service throughout these years and when I've had a query the staff have been on the case immediately and answered my questions...
