Great rates, caring company

Capital Credit Union always offer a prompt service - they listen to your needs, are sympathetic and tailor products to suit individual customers. They offer great rates, payment breaks and saving options so it feels like good value. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2021

Beats the banks - hands down

For savings, loans and family style banking I’d recommend capital credit Union every time. The ability to set up kids savings accounts and the ease of loan applications with reasonable interest rates seal the deal for me. Friendly, helpful and efficient

I have been a member of the Credit Union for over 15 years and in that time have needed to apply for a loan on a nmber of occasions. The staff have consitently been helpful and efficient in processing my applicatioins and the tone of communication has always been friendly and reassuring. I am now in the happy postion of being a saver with Credit Union and chose them over any bank as the service is so much more customer friendly. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2021
