Changed provider to Caravan Guard at last renewal, an easy process thanks to call centre operator being very knowledgeable about their products and helped enormously with the precautions I could take and tailored a quote that fitted my circumstances at a very competitive price. I have had my caravan insurance from caravan guard for many years and find them curtious and informative. Having never had an accident I cannot provide information regarding claims.
