Value of insurance

Had a bump, back and front, into a wooden post and entrance gate whilst towing with motorhome. You only find the value of insurance when you need to make a claim. Caravan guard were exceptional. On return home, my selected repairer sent photos, quotation etc and I submitted the claim. 3 or 4 days later an assessor rang me to clarify how I’d hit both front and rear. I talked him through what had happened (less than 1 mph) and he immediately pictured how it had happened. 2 days later repairers given the go ahead. We could still use motorhome as it was cosmetic (but expensive). CG kept me informed every step of the way and then asked if I was satisfied with their level of service. 100% company and I am still insuring with them Reviewed on: 19th July 2023

Really happy with Caravanguard Insurance

we’ve been with caravanguard since buying our motorhome in 2020. as first time owners they were extremely helpful going through everything with us, making sure we had the correct cover, security device advice, etc and they send regular really informative emails regarding looking after your motorhome, security, product reviews etc. they have some great videos too. i would certainly recommend them. The best cover from the best provider.

Our first motorhome and Caravan Gaurs offered the most competitive price and and cover. The staff were extremely helpful in finding right cover and subsequent calls have been handled very professionally and they have managed to exceed my expectations in terms of an insurance provider. Great service and best value for money.

Not only cheapest quote but also best value for money with level of cover provided. Telephoned a few times to get details and level of cover correct for my new Motorhome and the staff were so friendly and helpful.
