I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

I highly recommend Chase Bank.

I highly recommend Chase Bank. In my experience they are very professional and helpful every time when I reached out to them. I have never experienced such high level customer service prior to Chase from other High Street banks in the UK. I believe they can learn a lot from Chase regarding how to serve their customers in the UK. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

Chase Has Stopped Being Competitive.

Chase has slashed its interest rates on all accounts since the last review and linked interest rates to the base rate. Chase is no longer competitive and their current account interest is now zero %. In addition, the criteria to qualify for monthly cash back has increased to needing to deposit £1500 per month. The only merit is the app is easy to use. Customer loyalty seems to not be valued anymore. Shame as they started so well. They worked hard to drive deposits but don’t appear to want to keep existing customers.
