Chase is an innovative bank, whose products make management of personal finance a breeze! Reviewed on: 14th April 2024

Excellent customer service

Banks usually have terrible customer service with endless options by phone and unusable chatbots. Chase addresses this by allowing customers to ask questions and have a real person answer. It's not real time but very good. You can still call. The key thing is, the staff seem to actually care about answering questions and resolving issues. With the account itself, I love that it gives a 1% cashback for debit card payments and they don't charge exchange fees abroad. I'm genuinely surprised how much better than other banks Chase is - especially the traditional brands. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

Chase is the best bank I have ever been with.

Chase is the best bank I have ever been with. The customer service is extremely efficient and always resolves queries in the first instance. The ease of setting up savings accounts is great and also the interest rates and cash back offers are very appealing. I love the security of the bank, in terms of approval of online payments and also the ease of being able to freeze a card or change details if the card is lost. The card details only being available on the app provide an extra level of security and peace of mind. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

Chase makes banking a breeze

I have been with Chase a number of years now and I haven’t had any problems. I find the app really easy to use, easy to view my money and make any transfers and it is customisable which I find brilliant. They communicate changes well and on the odd occasion I have required customer service, they have always got things sorted, quickly and informatively. Very happy since I switched! False transaction

Someone was trying to make a illegal transaction from my account, chase automatically stopped the payment and froze the account & then sent me a notification to contact them, within in minutes of talking them the account was unfrozen and new digital was in place. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025
