I love Chase Bank.

I love Chase Bank. I have both savings and current account with Chase and it is so easy to manage both in a single app. Best rates in the UK that no other bank can offer. Very happy with the online platform and never had to reach out to customer service. Never had any issue so far. Reviewed on: 15th February 2024

Excellent value and user friendly

Since opening my Chase account I have used it for the majority of my day to day spending and have had very few problems. I cant use it for my petrol. I do not like Apps but this one is easy to use and over two years have not had a problem with it. Reviewed on: 5th February 2025

Anytime I’ve had to call Chase customer service or contact them on line they respond almost immediately, they have always responded and reacted with help and knowledge with anything I’ve asked and when they couldn’t give me an answer at the time of the call they got back to me with an answer as they promised they would!
