Best bank by far

Only a recent opening but had a big issue almost straight away with a fraudulent payment which was quickly resolved by chase plus the account is tailored to my needs Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

My Chase card changes the was I manage my finances.

I got a Chase card for payments abroad but it has changed the way I do banking. The whole family have one each now and we all get on with the card and, most importantly, the app. We also like the cask back too! Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

Easy to use and great service current account

Easy to set up the account. Transferring money between Chase and other accounts is easy. The rates are good for a current account and I like that my card doesn't have details on it. Looking forward for when they start joint accounts. Reviewed on: 15th April 2024

Never had any problems.

Over 1 year in, and it's great!

After using my current account for well over a year, I've found the service to be extremely reliable, totally flexible in the way I use it, helpful abroad, and generally faultless. Good everyday value

Signing up for an account was very easy and only took a moment, signing in via the app is fast and verification has always only taken me a minute or two. I would to be able to sign in on a computer to use online banking, but this hasn't affected me too much so far - im just nervous that if my phone breaks or I lose it ill be locked out. The 1% cashback on card purchases almost ANYWHERE is a nice bonus, I'm a student and in 9 months I've managed to get ~£95 cashback, which is enough for three weeks groceries. I only used my card a couple times when I was on holiday, but the exchange rates do seem to be close to the mastercard set ones with no fees, so you can use your card abroad without worry. The app overall is very simple and I want it to stay that way. Only downside I've had is that the "3d secure" confirmation page sometimes takes a while to load - I've had it take about 10-15s to appear a couple times after pressing the notification to confirm, luckily this is quite rare.
