Great bank for current account

Incredibly easy to use, great service and helps manage my money

I signed up to chase just before it made its debut in the UK, and I can say that it has become my main bank with good purpose. The recyclable card was the start, but the app, the service and excellent rewards make this bank worth sticking with. Speaking to customer service was very easy to do, they were able to help sort any concerns or strange activity on my account. The exchange rates are incredibly fair and it’s easy for me to bank abroad. And the interface of the app is very easy to understand so I can manage my money with ease and track my spending. One area that Chase could improve is to integrate the open banking API so that I can see how my credit card balance might affect my bank balance. Reviewed on: 5th April 2023
