A great banking app for everyday banking

I think Chase offers a very unique service not many other banks/building societies/fintech companies offer. The app has a very simple functionality. Reviewed on: 25th April 2025

Trustworthy and efficient.

The app works quickly and is easy to use, transferring between accounts and making payments is efficient. Online chat customer service always gets a helpful response and clear outcome. I feel confident that I'm using a safe and trustworthy bank for my money. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2026

Used to be much more attractive

Chase provides a decent service, but is far less attractive since it removed its Cashback offer from everything apart from groceries, transport and petrol early last year. Therefore, I use chase far less than I used to, and am considering ditching it altogether, but am also conscious that they don't allow you back, so if they were to reintroduce their far more attractive Cashback offer, I wouldn't be able to take advantage of it. Chase bank excellent service.

Love using chase. Even when I was getting my card info copied by certain parking sites they blocked them and changed my details so nobody could access and take money from my accounts in Chase. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2026

This is the best current account I had so far. So simple to navigate, you can create different pots to help you budget or save, create budget for each pot name it and add cute logo. Yo can open different saving account- all in the same space. You receive instant messages when you spend or receive money.you receive tips about finances, budgeting, saving and investment.
