Great customer service, need to improve features

I can not fault them on customer service experience. The only downside, you can not export your transactions into a CSV file which is crucial for accounting/budgeting purposes, hence I could not give full stars for recommendation. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

A brilliant current account with 1% cash back

Easy to use, great app, cash back on card spending for the first year, round up spending to the nearest pound and get 5% interest on the difference. Link to the instant access savings account for 3% interest. It's brilliant. The future of everyday banking. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Just faultless

Everything about this account is fab. It’s easy to use. It allows you to do so much simply and securely. Any questions are answered effectively and efficiently. Love the round up idea and multiple savings so my holiday saving is separate to others. Can’t fault it. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Great Bank and App

I joined Chase to use as a spending account and it’s great that they give 1% reward on spending for your first year.. unfortunately mine ends in April but I’ll still use it. Reviewed on: 16th March 2023

Great value
