Chat function is useless and the app has flaws

I am surprised by the amount of positive reviews with this bank as I have had the total opposite. I had a problem with my Chase app not showing location details however I was passed around by 'agents' for hours with no intention to direct me to a specialist who could look into this. I am disappointed by the way I was treated and after a complaint I was not provided a solution to the issue and instead said I should contact the Ombudsman. This has put me off Chase for the timebeing. Reviewed on: 6th April 2025

Customer service

I've had to use their customer service several times and they have been very good each time. Especially when a last minute ID check during buying a car. Reviewed on: 6th April 2025

Difficulty making payments

When I had to transfer money to pay bills they would stop the transactions saying they are fraudulent so had to keep calling them up to resolve. I understand that they need to play a role in stopping fraud however my transactions were genuine and I was getting penalised for it. Most staff were helpful but some were not really and refused to assist. I ended up closing the account and going with someone better with no issues. Reviewed on: 5th April 2025
