Best banking experience, Simplicity and availability!

Best banking experience, so simply and so easy i did my research into all the banks and i specifically chose chase because of their customer service experience and how easy it is to navigate through their systems. I love it and i am happy i am a chase member. They give amazing interest rates and have so many options and features available for customers. When i want to get into contact with chase all i have to do is call and someone is always on the other end of the line no matter what time it is. I left my nationwide and my monzo and only rely on chase and it has been such an easy move and i have not regretted it once. Will definitely stay with chase and recommend chase to anyone i can because they do their job right and i am very satisfied. They genuinely deserve the award. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Great app and great perks

Firstly the app is great and easy to use. In addition, Chase offers 1% cash back on all purchases made on the debit card (inc. apple pay) which is great. In addition to this there is the option to use round-up to round up every purchase to the nearest whole pound and take the round-up amount to a savings account. Reviewed on: 5th September 2025

Great customer care

This bank has been so helpful and kind to me. Especially in light of silly mistakes I’ve made with scammers! They were so understanding and helpful and even made a note of my medical issues which can make me open to scammers even more. Reviewed on: 4th August 2025
