Chase have been the most reliable banking service I have used yet. Their customer service is excellent and very helpful with any issues that arise. Their app is pleasantly easy and quick to use, transferring and organising my money in different savings accounts through the app is seamless and very helpful with organising my money. Easy to bank with and user-friendly

Found setting up an account easy and straightforward. App is user friendly. Helps me with budgeting with the use of pots. Makes me feel safe, knowing that I can only use contactless payments a number of times before I need to use a pin. Customers services are easy to contact and very helpful. This bank is fast. Any transaction done is on ones account almost straight away. One can keep instant control to check items are correct. Their statements are straightforward and easy to read on your iphone and transferable to ones imac to print if required. Reviewed on: 15th February 2026
