Excellent customer service and great rewards!

I have been contacted by Chase customer services when they were concerned about a payment I was making, which is reassuring. I also contacted them concerning payments I made to another bank. The recipient UK bank were unable to help me, having tried to contact their customer services, which was chaotic. Chase responded instantly and their representative was so kind, helpful and patient, advising me on what to do. I’ve also had online chats and again they respond very well. I started with one chase and now have 3!
