Good Rate and Great Perks

App very reliable and responsive. Good Rate on Current Account, Round Ups, 1% Cashback if you deposit £500 monthly. Card details not on Card, only on App so better security wise. Fast Notifications when POS transactions made. This has become my Primary Account for general spending and my daughter uses it as well after my recommendation. Reviewed on: 16th February 2024

Chase Bank is good

App works very well. My mother in law can use it at 86 with no problem. Earlier I had an issue with a payment. The chase team were excellent in resolving the issue. My wife also had a similar issue and again it was resolved with speed and clarity. Reviewed on: 6th February 2025

Excellent customer service and great rewards!

I have been contacted by Chase customer services when they were concerned about a payment I was making, which is reassuring. I also contacted them concerning payments I made to another bank. The recipient UK bank were unable to help me, having tried to contact their customer services, which was chaotic. Chase responded instantly and their representative was so kind, helpful and patient, advising me on what to do. I’ve also had online chats and again they respond very well.
