Do not get insurance with this company

The worst company to have they will miss you around they will not pay you 4 weeks into my accident and still no sorry no communication whatsoever worst company to have Reviewed on: 18th January 2019

Cancellation charges

Don’t use Churchill car insurance I sold my car so requested to cancel the policy I’m then told the cancellation fee is £53, really for doing what? absolute joke, this is legalised robbery / theft, don’t use this company Reviewed on: 11th December 2018

They don't give the service you are paying for!

I have been waiting 4 days for a courtesy vehicle. They do not help you, customer service and managers on duty is terrible. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Reviewed on: 8th December 2018

Reliable but could do with better customer service

We were with Churchill for a few years, with regards to our Car Insurance. They are a reliable company, but when it came to renew, we were always initially quoted a lot higher price. After contacting them and querying their quote, they found us a much better quote, (usually about £150 cheaper) within about 5 minutes. When contacting them by telephone, we were always waiting for approx 10 minutes, for our call to be answered. Reviewed on: 22nd September 2018

No help when car written off
