Always so helpful

Whenever I go into my local branch, the staff are always so friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble, they will always come up to you while your'e waiting in the queue, to let you know that you will be served shortly. If you need more help, they are always careful to explain things in plain English, and the best thing, they always remember who their customers are, you aren't just an account number to them. Likeable people and service

Banked with the big banks? NatWest, Barclays and HSBC over the years but they’ve always lacked that personal touch. That’s why I won’t be moving away from the coop. Reviewed on: 2nd January 2019
