useless

ended my oxfam credit card without explanation told i could get reward instead by transferring my current account wasnt told they would refuse me same overdaft limit until after transferred Reviewed on: 9th November 2018

Great service

I have been with The Co-operative Bank for the past 5 years and haven't had any issues whatsoever. On the odd occasion I need to go in a branch I get served quickly and the website is always reliable. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

Simple Ethical Banking

I've been with the Cooperative Bank for many years. I do virtually all my banking through their online banking facility which is simple and easy to use. The fact that they are an ethical banker is an added bonus. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

Superb

I’ve banked with the Co-Op for 42 years . Whether I contact the local branch or the call centre I receive a pleasant response from knowledgeable staff. The bank has ethical values which are put into practice by its work in supporting charitable organisations and communities . Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

Everyday Extra good account

a good account, even though you pay monthly, I have a cashback on my other current account which goes to pay towards some of the monthly charge, plus you get free travel phone insurance and car recovery Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

always helpful, and ethical

the co op is the only ethical bank not investing in anything that harms the enviroment , animals or people... they have ALWAYS helped me when i have done online baking and been most helpful///they were the first bank to introduce online banking.. they are also lovely when i go into a high street bank, as they always call me by my name..
