Always find them very helpful

I always find their UK only call centers very helpful and their online banking is super easy to use Reviewed on: 2nd June 2018

Worst bank ever !!!!!

Bank does not send my card out when it is nearing expiry and when asked why they state it is to prompt me contacting them. If the need to speak with me so much why do they not call me? Not ethical and not thinking of the customer so we will see what the ombudsman has to say about this. Reviewed on: 13th March 2018

Hopeless Customer Service

Nil response from online communication via complaint service 10days passed by. Been with bank over 10 years time to bank elsewhere. Reviewed on: 12th February 2018

Co-op Current account

I love the co-op bank & shops due to their fair ethics. I hAve always found the staff to be helpful and patient & they go the extra mile. I wouldn't bank with anybody else now & am glad i'm proud to be with the Co-operative bank! Long may they continue! Reviewed on: 11th February 2018

Great but needs a bit of a rocket.....

I like my co-operative account overall because the online access is easy and simple to use.I do have two faults to point out though. 1. payments into my account from companies such as a direct payment or a shop refund always take at least a day longer than my husbands account. 2. The smart phone app is useless to me because it asks you to put in your D>O>B which means scrolling back through the dates and because I am a certain age..old..by the time my birthdate is received the app has timed out.I spoke to them about this and they said that was how it was...so no good to me.
