Super helpful & policy actually went down

I have just renewed my policy with cloud cover for my iPad and it’s the only place that I could find for a good deal to cover an iPad that cost over £1000. The policy cost has actually gone down since last year so that really is some kind of miracle. I had to change my address as well and the person dealing with me (Gemma) could not have been more helpful. It was such a refreshing change to talk to a human right from the start rather than an incompetent bot. Thanks Reviewed on: 18th August 2022
