Friendly efficient and helpful staff. Especially appreciated their guidance when dealing with my wifes holdings following her passing. Good selection of ISA packages, interest rates not the highest available but good enough to maintain customer confidence. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025

Cash ISA

Opened cash ISA recently with Darlington, and the online banking portal is easy to use. An app would be nice in future - but I guess not totally necessary given the intended frequency of payments in/out of these sorts of accounts. Reviewed on: 16th April 2025
