Great Service

Easy access with Darlingtonline.

I have a number of accounts with DBS from instant access to fixed rate bonds. I like the way I can do all my transactions via Darlingtonline, the online service. Reviewed on: 28th March 2025

Transfering our ISA.

We needed advice regarding transfering our ISA.The staff at the Stockton branch were all very friendly knowlegable and professional which gave us great confidence that our money would be safe.The process of transfering our ISA's was very easy ,Kerry our adviser was very approachable and we felt she knew everything we needed. My husband and I have been savers/borrowers since 1979. Throughout our early years as mortgage payers the building society has been exemplary in their dealings with us and even went out of their way to help us through a particularly hard time.
