Excellent service from a long standing Customer

Visited the Barnard Castle Branch in January to up date pass books. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful, giving me additional information and advice regarding getting the best from my savings. I have always found the Staff and products provided very good and the fact that I live in Durham and am more than happy to use DBS despite there not being a Branch in the City says a lot, I think. My first dealings with the DBS were in 1984/5 when I took my first mortage with you while living in Barnard Castle, the mortage moved with me to Durham when I moved house. I no longer have the need of a mortage but continue to have savings with you which I think is a testament to your good service and values as a company. Well done DBS. Reviewed on: 27th February 2025
